Start times are determined by number of participants and OTH staff. Your wave time will be distributed on the Thursday prior to simulation in the PM.

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a fitness competition that combines functional exercises and running. Participants complete a series of workouts at designated stations, preceeded by a running segment.
